•Call Centre CertificateTECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION
•RE 5 (Advantage)
•Registration as an Employee Representative (Advantage)
•Recognised qualification as per FSB (Advantage)

EXPERIENCE
•1 Years’ Experience as a call Centre agent (outbound)
•Insurance Industry
