MMI Health Service Administrator Position

To provide an effective and efficient service to clients (internal and external) by receiving, evaluating and responding to queries timeously as well as facilitate the take on of new business.


Coordinate and facilitate effective take-on of new groups joining and existing groups
Coordinate effective collation and distribution of member packs (new and re-prints) including dispatch via courier
Accurate and efficient data capture and processing of new business documentation when required
Assist the sales channel with resolving all queries received efficiently, and effectively to resolution
Assist the product owners with resolving all queries received efficiently, and effectively to resolution
Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements
Ensure queries and issues are resoled accurately and timeously
Support Account Executives, as well as groups, brokers and members
Liaise with Human Resources, company executives, payroll personnel and members
Assisting online companies with data input and the web usage
All statements are accurately and timeously reconciled
Take full accountability of queries received and feedback to client
Obtain all relevant information to finalise queries received
Provide telephonic support when necessary
Maintain a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
Ensure high quality of all outputs
Identify risks to the company and escalate accordingly
Drive and support effective teamwork within the department
Demonstrate the company’s values on a daily basis


Minimum of 2-3 years of client service experience
An understanding of the industry
Knowledge of the Health4Me product
A basic understanding of all Momentum Health offerings( HealthSaver, Advice Fee, Health Waiver, HealthReturns & Multiply)
Knowledge of Oracle system
Intermediate MS Office and Excel
An understanding of the Medical Schemes industry
Experience running reports off Business Objectives would be an advantage
